  • Create end-to-end Power BI solutions, covering data modeling, report design, performance and governance
  • Turn business needs into scalable BI solutions and actionable insights
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic data models
  • Use dimensional modeling, star schemas and semantic model design practices
  • Build and tune data models with Power Query, DAX and relational data principles
  • Validate data and maintain accuracy and consistency across reports and datasets
  • Improve dataset size, refresh efficiency and query performance
  • Keep reporting aligned with shared KPI definitions and business frameworks
  • Create and maintain reusable datasets and governed data models
  • Work with data owners to find and fix data quality issues
  • Report to the LCS Business Intelligence Team Leader
  • Enable data-driven decisions among global partners

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least five years of experience working in enterprise Power BI environments
  • Expertise with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Report Server and Power Query
  • Experience writing DAX queries and creating calculated measures and tables
  • Experience developing star and snowflake schemas, tabular models and semantic data layers
  • Advanced SQL skills, including queries, stored procedures and relational database performance tuning across SQL Server, Azure SQL or Databricks
  • Experience connecting to varied data sources, building ETL processes and configuring automated incremental refreshes
  • Experience implementing row-level security, managing workspaces, publishing apps, using deployment pipelines and working with licensing structures
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification
  • Experience supporting services, manufacturing, industrial automation, engineering or technology organizations
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, service management and financial systems
  • Experience with AI, advanced analytics or automation platforms
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methods and product-based delivery models
  • Ability to work at a Rockwell site on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at minimum, unless business duties require working off-site
