Handle collections, cash allocation, reconciliations and invoicing as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Capita. This is a hybrid role based in Łódź, Poland.
Tavsif
- Call and email customers about overdue accounts.
- Manage customer debt and agreed payment commitments.
- Escalate overdue debt when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of customer contact.
- Apply customer payments in SAP.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and unallocated cash.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate variances.
- Amend invoices and prepare manual invoices.
- Create weekly reports and update tracking sheets.
- Answer customer questions about invoices and accounts.
- Work with colleagues in a diverse, multinational environment.
Talablar
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Experience in accounts receivable, credit control, collections, or a similar finance role is an advantage.
- Careful attention to detail.
