Tavsif

  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver client engagements.
  • Contribute to projects involving employee experience, Total Rewards communications, organizational and workforce transformation, AI-enabled work, wellbeing, benefits, and culture.
  • Help manage engagement schedules, budgets, and scope.
  • Use AI and digital tools to speed up research, analysis, drafting, and production.
  • Review AI-assisted work for accuracy, reliable sourcing, confidentiality, bias, accessibility, tone, and client suitability.
  • Research, analyze, write, and improve employee experience materials.
  • Expand technical knowledge of human capital topics and different industries.
  • Deliver high-quality work and manage assigned tasks, including quality checks on deliverables.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and project activity by tracking decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, timelines, and communications.
  • Interview stakeholders and combine qualitative and quantitative findings into insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare for and take part in client meetings, present selected work, and facilitate parts of discussions with guidance.
  • Develop reusable prompts, contextual materials, examples, and workflow instructions.
  • Test digital and AI-enabled experiences for usability, accessibility, accuracy, and potential failure points.
  • Use AI responsibly and raise uncertainties or risks.
  • Support business development and intellectual capital work by drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets.

Talablar

  • Knowledge of communication, change management, marketing, digital, and social media trends and how they can inform client solutions.
  • Professional presence and strong written, web, and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to manage priorities and take ownership of defined workstreams.
  • Ability to use judgment within established guidelines and seek guidance when requirements or risks are unclear.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, test assumptions, distinguish evidence from inference, and turn insights into recommendations for specific audiences.
  • Understanding of agile principles and design thinking.
  • Practical AI literacy, including prompt and context design, source-grounded research, iterative testing, fact and citation checks, bias awareness, and responsible use of approved tools.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship.
  • Working toward a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Expected graduation between May 2026 and June 2027.
