Tavsif

  • Lead a business development team advancing Dark Fiber infrastructure and AI connectivity solutions.
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships focused on AI transformation and high-capacity fiber infrastructure.
  • Deliver the AI Connect go-to-market strategy, with emphasis on Dark Fiber for AI workloads.
  • Develop partnerships across service providers, communications providers, and public-sector organizations.
  • Grow profitable revenue and adoption of high-margin products designed for AI applications.
  • Work with Verizon Business Partner Solutions and Public Sector sales teams to position AI Connect.
  • Develop, mentor, and motivate a strong team.

  • Identify strategic opportunities across complex client relationships.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across the partner ecosystem.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of relevant work experience.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience gained through work, military service, or specialized training.
  • Expertise in Dark Fiber infrastructure, high-capacity networking, and the connection between physical assets and AI/ML transformation.
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex, fast-moving business development settings focused on emerging technologies.
  • Substantial experience leading and developing business development teams.
  • Strategic perspective on incorporating fiber infrastructure into AI connectivity and enterprise network modernization.
  • Record of building and scaling business development organizations, including developing talent and organizational culture.
  • Ability to work across matrixed organizations and lead cross-functional operations.
  • Experience selling solutions to C-suite executives at large service or communications providers and government clients.
  • Senior business development experience with major service or communications providers and/or government entities, including alliance management, sales, or executive outreach.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior executives.
