Tavsif

  • Create Generative AI solutions with large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and enterprise knowledge integration
  • Build Agentic AI capabilities spanning autonomous workflows, multi-agent orchestration, agent frameworks, tool integrations, guardrails, and human oversight
  • Define practices for prompt engineering, management, evaluation, version control, reuse, and lifecycle governance
  • Apply responsible AI and governance methods covering risk assessment, explainability, transparency, validation, monitoring, and regulatory readiness
  • Advance DevOps and MLOps through CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, and release controls
  • Examine client regulatory and compliance processes to uncover opportunities for AI-enabled improvement
  • Develop AI applications for risk monitoring, regulatory reporting, and compliance assessment
  • Convert business needs into technical specifications for automation and model-driven tools
  • Verify data sources and output logic used in compliance-oriented decisions
  • Use AI expertise, data analysis, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Work with client teams to evaluate control weaknesses, workflow constraints, and evolving compliance requirements
  • Assess technical deliverables for regulatory exposure, governance quality, and alignment with firm standards
  • Contribute to discussions on designing effective AI-human collaboration in managed services
  • Record solution assumptions, constraints, limitations, and implementation factors
  • Coach junior colleagues in AI principles, analytical approaches, and compliance use cases

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Five to eight years of professional experience
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
  • B.E. or B.Tech preferred
  • Advanced practical Python experience, including asyncio or anyio, type hints, and Pydantic v2
  • Experience developing FastAPI services with versioned API contracts
  • Hands-on experience creating LLM applications with Pydantic AI or comparable frameworks
  • Experience producing typed, schema-validated outputs and recovering from malformed model responses with retries, repair, and fallback strategies
  • Experience using OCR solutions such as Tesseract and PaddleOCR
  • Experience with PDF libraries including PyMuPDF and pypdf
  • Experience creating ground-truth datasets, field-level scoring, baseline comparisons, and CI regression gates for LLM evaluation
  • Prompt engineering, version management, and tuning focused on accuracy, token spend, and latency
  • Understanding of LLM security, including prompt-injection defenses and safe processing of untrusted inputs
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Generative AI systems into production
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm and GitOps
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
  • Experience connecting enterprise workflow platforms such as Appian, or equivalent downstream systems with strict API contracts
  • Ability to demonstrate AI fluency and effective AI-human collaboration in client delivery
  • Strong analytical judgment for complex regulatory risk situations
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data
  • Ability to work through ambiguity while coordinating multiple client workstreams
  • Active listening and empathy
  • High technical diligence in compliance and governance work
