Bilingual Neurology Clinic Scheduler

Coordinate appointments, referrals, patient intake, and electronic medical records for U.S. neurology clinics. Based in Monterrey, this hybrid role includes working from home on Mondays.

Opis

  • Arrange and confirm patient appointments, including rescheduling as needed.
  • Coordinate patient care and manage provider calendars.
  • Gather patient intake details and required documents.
  • Respond to appointment questions and handle patient follow-ups.
  • Manage referral, authorization, and prescription requests.
  • Keep patient information accurate in the electronic medical record system.
  • Communicate with patients, clinicians, and clinic teams.
  • Assist with case management and healthcare administration.
  • Provide professional, compassionate communication to support a positive patient experience.
  • Protect sensitive patient information in line with privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Zahteve

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Education in a medical or healthcare field, or prior work experience in healthcare.
  • Prior experience as a scheduler, medical scheduler, patient coordinator, case manager, medical assistant, or in a comparable healthcare role.
  • Experience in healthcare settings such as medical offices or specialty clinics.
  • Neurology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient intake, and healthcare scheduling procedures.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to protecting patient confidentiality.
  • Based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, with the ability to commute to the office Tuesday through Friday.
  • Provide your own computer and equipment for the first 30 days.
