Descriere

  • Define the strategic direction for the product area and its team.
  • Account for business results, product measures, budgets and financials, near- and long-term goals, and quarterly OKRs.
  • Connect the customer data platform with upstream data sources, campaign and activation systems, and external partner networks.
  • Lead product strategy, financial planning, discovery, and delivery.
  • Maintain platform reliability, usability, modern architecture, and enterprise-scale readiness.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product owners.
  • Promote progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams.
  • Improve team performance with thoughtful, motivating, and constructive feedback.
  • Partner with senior leaders and peers to resolve barriers to execution.
  • Lead discovery with stakeholders and validate hypotheses and concepts with customers.
  • Direct complex initiatives spanning multiple organizational pyramids and related specialties.
  • Use data and analytics to assess competitors, inform decisions, evaluate product health and effectiveness, analyze P&L impact, and advise stakeholders.

Cerințe

  • Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of product management experience.
  • Experience building and scaling data platforms in marketing or advertising technology, audience platforms, or personalization.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing product teams and promoting transparency, accountability, and collaboration across an enterprise.
  • Ability to partner closely with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to build scalable, cloud-native, near-real-time pipelines and highly reliable systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners in large enterprises.
  • Expertise in agile product development, including user stories, iterative delivery, Scrum teams, sprints, and personas.
  • Experience shaping complex initiatives across multiple organizational pyramids.
  • Ability to set OKRs, deliver measurable results, and lead data-informed product discovery.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered and agentic automation, including decision engines and end-to-end workflow automation.
  • A record of modernizing platforms through cloud migration, real-time analytics, data quality frameworks, governance, and privacy-focused design.
  • Ability to build relationships and align teams across Marketing, Digital, Retail Media, Engineering, and external media and technology partners.
