- Manage the preparation and submission of competitive bids for large, complex EPCI projects
- Shape tender strategies with the Sales Manager and core team
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of 15–20 specialists
- Create and execute project delivery plans
- Direct internal reviews and maintain compliance with Nexans standards
- Contribute to commercial and contractual negotiations with clients
- Manage the transition from tendering into project execution
- Champion Quality and HSE practices
Cerințe
- At least 10 years of experience in tendering, sales, or project management
- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably with a technical background
- Commercial acumen and strong negotiation ability
- Track record managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous
- Excellent communication, cultural awareness, and collaborative working skills
