Senior Tech Lead, ML/AI Engineering - Lisbon Hybrid
Senior Tech Lead guiding machine learning, computer vision, and generative AI solutions at Glintt Global. Defines architectures, pipelines, and MLOps/LLMOps practices for enterprise clients.
Descriere
- Lead end-to-end ML/AI solution design and delivery, from defining the problem through production deployment and monitoring
- Design architectures and pipelines for machine learning, computer vision, and generative AI, including RAG, embeddings, and agentic systems
- Work hands-on across model development, feature engineering, training, validation, and inference services
- Apply engineering standards covering model versioning, experiment tracking, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and observability
- Coordinate with Data Engineering, MLOps, Product, and business stakeholders to maintain technical and functional alignment
- Contribute to pre-sales work and solution design through technical proposals and effort estimates
- Encourage reusable components, develop technical accelerators, and mentor engineering team members
Cerințe
- Demonstrated success delivering machine learning and AI projects in production
- Advanced proficiency in Python and the broader machine learning and deep learning ecosystem
- Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based pipelines
- Knowledge of API development, distributed systems, and cloud deployment
- Experience applying MLOps and LLMOps practices to manage the model lifecycle
- Strong technical leadership, architectural judgment, and communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Production experience delivering computer vision solutions is preferred
- Familiarity with MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, or comparable tools is preferred
- Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks is preferred
- Experience developing reusable intellectual property or technical accelerators, or contributing to pre-sales activities, is preferred
- Valid visa or authorization to work in Portugal
