Apply engineering standards covering model versioning, experiment tracking, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and observability
Coordinate with Data Engineering, MLOps, Product, and business stakeholders to maintain technical and functional alignment
Contribute to pre-sales work and solution design through technical proposals and effort estimates
Encourage reusable components, develop technical accelerators, and mentor engineering team members

Demonstrated success delivering machine learning and AI projects in production
Advanced proficiency in Python and the broader machine learning and deep learning ecosystem
Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based pipelines
Knowledge of API development, distributed systems, and cloud deployment
Experience applying MLOps and LLMOps practices to manage the model lifecycle
Strong technical leadership, architectural judgment, and communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Production experience delivering computer vision solutions is preferred
Familiarity with MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, or comparable tools is preferred
Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks is preferred
Experience developing reusable intellectual property or technical accelerators, or contributing to pre-sales activities, is preferred
Valid visa or authorization to work in Portugal
