Descriere

  • Write copy for paid media, email, websites, landing pages, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Create customer-focused messaging that supports small business acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Work with designers and marketers to shape integrated campaigns and creative concepts.
  • Turn business strategies, product benefits, and customer insights into clear, persuasive communications.
  • Keep messaging consistent with brand standards, voice guidelines, and channel best practices.
  • Build and refine campaign messaging frameworks, value propositions, and customer-facing content.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished creative work.
  • Develop copy variations for testing and optimization, applying performance insights to improve results.
  • Edit content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Track industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging content practices.
  • Help evolve the brand voice, content standards, and creative processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Performance Media, CRM, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Design on integrated campaigns and content experiences.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, advertising, marketing communications, or a related area.
  • Experience creating customer-facing marketing content across multiple channels.
  • A strong portfolio featuring campaigns, conversion-focused content, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor tone, messaging, and content strategies to different audiences and channels.
  • Experience working collaboratively with designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer journey practices.
  • Experience using customer insights and performance data to improve content effectiveness.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in financial services, tax, SaaS, or small business industries is preferred.
  • Experience working with legal teams in a highly regulated industry.
