Descriere

  • Build and lead high-performing teams responsible for AI model development, deployment, and lifecycle management
  • Scale MLOps capabilities, including ML CI/CD, model and version management, monitoring, retraining, and platform standardization
  • Assess and integrate external AI technologies, tools, and vendors while directing build-versus-buy decisions
  • Lead design sprints for NPI challenges that demonstrate AI-driven improvements in quality, cost, timelines, and business results
  • Deliver AI initiatives against defined quality, cost, schedule, and business objectives
  • Set AI strategy and roadmaps while expanding adoption across products and enterprise platforms
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Security teams to embed AI capabilities in business solutions
  • Develop AI-enabled innovations and productivity gains through automation, optimization, and predictive intelligence
  • Oversee model governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance frameworks
  • Provide technical and strategic direction across deep learning, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics
  • Mentor team members and promote continuous learning and innovation
  • Align stakeholders, communicate insights, and shape executive decisions
  • Identify risks early and resolve challenges across AI programs
  • Contribute AI expertise to proposals, innovation efforts, and competitive differentiation

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or software development
  • At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams in AI or advanced analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI system design
  • Familiarity with the DO-178B software development life cycle
  • Experience delivering AI solutions at production scale
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with generative AI, large language models, and foundation models
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI platform engineering
  • Experience with Azure AI, AWS, GCP, or comparable cloud platforms and scalable AI architectures
  • Understanding of data engineering, feature engineering, and big data ecosystems
  • Experience applying responsible AI, explainability, and governance frameworks
  • Ability to manage complex programs, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence strategy and deliver measurable business results
  • Must qualify as a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected-status individual under asylum or refugee status, or an individual able to obtain export authorization
