Descriere

  • Define architecture for agentic customer experience capabilities spanning models, orchestration, retrieval, tools, workflows, decisioning, policy, evaluation, and human support
  • Create reusable patterns and clear platform boundaries for AI-enabled experiences
  • Design integrations connecting agents with enterprise knowledge, APIs, tools, workflows, case management, and policy systems
  • Develop approaches to evaluation, observability, resilience, latency, model selection, and token and infrastructure costs
  • Assess emerging models, agent frameworks, orchestration methods, and relevant industry practices
  • Test architecture decisions through prototypes, technical spikes, reference implementations, and design reviews
  • Drive technical alignment across teams while connecting architecture choices to customer needs, engineering priorities, and long-term platform health

Cerințe

  • At least 10 years of software engineering experience
  • Extensive experience designing and architecting large-scale distributed systems and production platforms
  • Demonstrated success taking AI/ML or generative AI systems into production
  • Strong command of modern AI architecture, including agentic systems, orchestration, tool use, retrieval-based architectures, conversational AI, or intelligent workflows
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, including APIs and service boundaries, event-driven design, data and state management, scalability, resilience, latency, and observability
  • Practical experience integrating AI into complex production environments
  • Technical capability that extends from architectural design through implementation
  • Experience developing prototypes and reference implementations and conducting technical investigations and design or code reviews
  • Experience providing technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and organizational boundaries
  • Sound engineering judgment across quality, safety, security, performance, operational complexity, and cost at significant scale
  • Experience with customer experience, customer service, contact center technology, conversational AI, or voice/IVR platforms is useful but not required
  • Remote roles are not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship
