Descriere

Help customers deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions on Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat AI.
Deploy, tune, and serve models with tools such as vLLM, KServe, registries, pipelines, benchmarks, and optimization recipes.
Implement retrieval and context solutions, including RAG, context ingestion, and permission-aware access.
Assess model performance with tools such as Eval Hub to support release quality.
Set up and maintain Models-as-a-Service and GPU-as-a-Service on OpenShift AI.
Deliver multi-tenant environments, AI gateways, usage metering, and self-service access to NVIDIA, AMD, and other accelerators.
Create agent-based systems and automation workflows with Ansible Automation Platform and frameworks including MCP, A2A, OpenAI-compatible APIs, and LangGraph.
Incorporate security, role-based access controls, and auditability into agents and automation workflows.
Develop reusable delivery materials, including reference architectures, runbooks, and harnesses.
Partner with customer teams to translate objectives and deadlines into working implementations.
Keep current with AI technologies and share skills, runbooks, and recipes with practitioner communities.
Travel to client sites each week, Monday through Thursday.
Build toward technical leadership by delivering customer projects, implementing complex solutions, mentoring, and sharing knowledge.

Cerințe

Experience implementing a solution based on an architectural design.
Ability to coordinate project schedules and maintain project and technical documentation.
Experience working across teams and with varied stakeholders.
Current OpenShift expertise covering cluster architecture, GitOps, multi-cluster management, security, observability, and GPU-enabled nodes.
Experience with Red Hat AI or related upstream technologies, including OpenShift AI, vLLM, KServe model serving, model registries and pipelines, and at least one of llm-d, LLM Compressor, or Eval Hub.
Working knowledge of enterprise generative AI, including inference economics, model selection and tuning, RAG and evaluation, agent frameworks and harnesses, MCP, governance, and cost constraints.
Kubernetes application development skills, including containers, APIs, CI/CD, SBOMs, signing, and policy gates, using Python, Go, or Java.
Practical Ansible Automation Platform experience with enterprise automation and event-driven workflows, or the ability to transition quickly from comparable tools.
Experience delivering hands-on technical implementations from architectural designs in enterprise environments.
Ability to meet stakeholder needs and deliver project schedules, technical outputs, and agreed scope.
Knowledge of and interest in mentoring team members and customer engineers.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Must live in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
Willingness to travel to customer sites across North America about 30–40 weeks per year.
Willingness to travel to client sites weekly, Monday through Thursday.
