Descriere

  • Lead a team of 9–12 sales representatives with varied experience and tenure
  • Coach representatives through call and metrics reviews, gap identification, and career development support
  • Organize team meetings and huddles to strengthen sales skills, share information, and refine processes
  • Track and improve team and individual performance through Salesforce and Sisense reporting
  • Build engagement through regular team interaction, contests, outings, and positive reinforcement
  • Support representatives with closing deals when needed
  • Partner with other teams and leaders to improve performance and the teammate experience
  • Help team members reach their performance, career, fulfillment, and development goals
  • Exchange ideas with fellow managers and cross-functional teams while learning from peers and leaders
  • Work with Senior Sales Manager guidance while independently leading the team toward ambitious goals

Cerințe

  • At least 3 years of inside sales or comparable experience
  • At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching others
  • Experience selling with Evolve is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively
  • Creative, forward-looking approach to developing ideas that strengthen team capabilities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and directly in group and individual settings
  • Motivation to learn and pursue ongoing personal development
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
  • Patient and compassionate approach
  • Must reside in an approved U.S. location by the start date; hiring excludes Washington, D.C., and Hawaii
  • Certain positions may be subject to compensation restrictions in California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington
