Bilingual Onsite RN Health Coach

Support stress, wellness, and chronic-care goals as a bilingual RN health coach with Evernorth Workplace Care. Provide virtual coaching two days a week and onsite care in Morganton, North Carolina.

Descriere

  • Coach customers through stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges.
  • Conduct screenings for stress, anxiety, and depression.
  • Assess health education needs through targeted health assessments.
  • Refer customers to Cigna Evernorth or client-specific clinical programs when appropriate.
  • Create health improvement plans and personalized, evidence-based goals with customers.
  • Help customers pursue health goals and address barriers to better health.
  • Lead and support group coaching, wellness challenges, and health seminars.
  • Apply biometric data and motivational interviewing to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to advance the client’s health and wellness strategy.
  • Manage clinical targets and outcome measures.
  • Create action plans that deliver clinical value for customers and clients.
  • Carry out other duties within the scope of your certification or license.
  • Assist with training or mentoring new employees as needed.

Cerințe

  • Hold an active, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state and be able to maintain it.
  • Be able to maintain a compact license or additional state licenses if required.
  • Hold current ACLS, BLS, CPR, and AED certifications.
  • Have at least an associate degree in nursing; a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Bring at least one year of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion.
  • Have high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home office.
  • Demonstrate strong energy and presentation skills.
  • Work independently.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • Collaborate proactively and professionally with the client and cross-functional partners.
  • Show administrative proficiency and strong computer and software skills.
  • Be available for early or later hours based on customer needs.
  • Speak Spanish fluently.
  • A compact multistate RN license is preferred; New York licensure is also preferred.
  • Behavioral health experience, including stress reduction, is a plus.
  • Chronic disease management experience is a plus.
  • NBHWC certification is a plus.
  • Training or experience in motivational interviewing is a plus.
