Remote Project Manager, Mass Tort Cases — Angeion Group

Angeion Group is hiring a remote Project Manager to oversee mass tort and class action case operations for international legal clients. The role covers claims, data, vendors, client relationships, and end-to-end project delivery.

Descriere

  • Independently manage multiple assigned mass tort and class action cases, frequently at the same time
  • Coordinate case launches and the delivery of case websites, traditional media, and social media campaigns
  • Create and maintain project records, status updates, deadlines, delegated-task tracking, and milestones
  • Manage client relationships, align expectations, communicate clearly, and deliver on schedule
  • Lead claimant communications and claim review activities
  • Coordinate work among internal teams, vendors, business partners, attorneys, and IT specialists
  • Review litigation plans, notice plans, and administration plans
  • Process, deduplicate, standardize, optimize, and analyze large datasets, then prepare and distribute reports
  • Develop and implement adjudication policies and procedures for claim payments and program placement
  • Diagnose and resolve issues affecting claims adjudication
  • Oversee client invoice preparation and confirm alignment with project budgets
  • Safeguard claimant personally identifiable information and confidential data in accordance with U.S. standards
  • Deliver responsive, consistent customer service to clients
  • Expand knowledge of the industry and relevant applications
  • Comply with business processes, company rules, policies, and management direction
  • Report directly to the Senior Project Manager

Cerințe

  • At least three years of class action experience is highly desirable
  • Prior project management experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required
  • Experience in the financial, insurance, or legal sector
  • Background managing client relationships
  • Basic understanding of web development
  • Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret data
  • Proven record of delivering meaningful accomplishments
  • Highly organized working style with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment governed by firm deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt as priorities change
  • Strong diagnostic judgment and creative problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional confidentiality and discretion
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Current authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to evaluate variables, select effective actions, resolve varied work challenges, manage stress, interact with customers, and prioritize work
