Descriere

  • Lead Prophecy’s people function as the company grows
  • Oversee the full recruiting cycle, from job listings and interviews through offers, onboarding, and departures
  • Keep hiring records and recruiting systems accurate
  • Manage benefits enrollment, renewals, administration, and employee questions
  • Coordinate with benefits brokers, payroll providers, and other vendors
  • Provide global HR support and help run employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Work with leaders to build a positive workplace culture
  • Coordinate performance reviews, employee relations, and other HR programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain HR policies, handbooks, training requirements, and employment records
  • Handle employee relations issues and workplace investigations as needed
  • Improve HR processes and systems, and build practices that can scale
  • Maintain accurate employee data and report HR metrics to leadership
  • Contribute to ongoing projects as needed

Cerințe

  • At least six years of HR experience, including two or more years overseeing multiple people functions
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with the Rippling HRIS
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law; multi-state or international experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
