Marketing Operations Manager, Campaigns - Aprio Hybrid Philippines

Descriere

  • Lead the offshore team responsible for Aprio’s go-to-market campaign administration.
  • Manage intake and prioritize requests from U.S. marketing stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for U.S. regional and industry go-to-market teams.
  • Triage requests, establish delivery expectations, and maintain the shared work queue.
  • Administer local event and charitable sponsorships within approved budgets.
  • Coordinate sponsorship documentation and manage associated advertising and production deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based Events team on programs involving tradeshow exhibits.
  • Support invitation creation, audience lists, and registration-progress monitoring.
  • Review vendor agreements and invoices, coordinate approvals, monitor expenditure, follow up on payments, and manage membership and dues renewals.
  • Coordinate collateral production in the project management system and assign work to design and production teams.
  • Inspect assets for quality and verify that final files are saved in the brand asset library.
  • Manage logistics for mixers and local business-development events, including registrations, venue booking, and sales collateral production.
  • Oversee CRM list uploads, data quality, and pre- and post-event reconciliation.
  • Deliver recurring pipeline, event ROI, and growth-input reports on schedule.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the coordinator while improving team processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IGLs and RGLs.
  • Follow Aprio’s data-handling standards when managing contact lists, payment information, and sensitive data.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a related area, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
  • Practical experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot, and a project management system such as ClickUp, Asana, or a comparable tool.
  • Background managing vendor contracts, invoices, and budgets, supported by strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to work directly with U.S.-based stakeholders across time zones.
  • A composed, structured approach to shifting priorities and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule of two onsite days and three work-from-home days, with full-time onsite work during the first two months.
  • Willingness to work the night shift from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. PHT.
