Descriere

  • Advise on risk-based compliance solutions that support organizational objectives
  • Independently lead compliance programs and designated focus areas
  • Guide business partners through risk assessments, projects, and regulatory change management
  • Strengthen regulatory agility across a complex and evolving regulatory environment
  • Drive the prompt resolution of compliance issues
  • Evaluate recurring themes and determine appropriate actions
  • Help business partners reduce risk through effective policies, procedures, processes, and controls
  • Create regulatory risk-mitigation solutions aligned with business goals
  • Lead education and advocacy for the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program
  • Escalate significant issues and risks to senior leadership
  • Present complex compliance topics to broad audiences when appropriate
  • Report to the Senior Manager and higher-level leaders; this role has no direct reports

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Eight to ten years of experience in consumer credit, banking compliance, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in compliance, risk, business, or a related discipline preferred
  • Subject-matter expertise in compliance, risk, privacy, or legal functions
  • Relevant certifications such as CRCM, CERP, CIPP, CAMS, or JD preferred
  • At least five years of experience with open-end consumer credit card lending and banking compliance, including Fair Lending, Regulation B/ECOA, TILA/Regulation Z, FCRA, and UDAAP
  • Experience providing indirect leadership to people
  • Analytical, solution-focused, and advocacy capabilities suited to a strategic advisory role
  • Knowledge of regulatory agility, Privacy by Design integration, AI governance, strategic influence, risk-based decision-making, regulatory compliance, research, change management, risk management, and risk assessments
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% annually
  • Must be authorized to work full time in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • F-1 student visa holders are not eligible
  • Ability to perform essential duties and satisfy physical, mental, and work-environment requirements
