Descriere

  • Lead the Cloud Engineering team of seven, with both disciplinary and technical responsibility.
  • Coach employees, conduct performance reviews, support development, and report on personnel matters.
  • Oversee recruitment and strategic workforce, capacity, and resource planning.
  • Build a high-performing engineering culture centered on service and customer focus.
  • Develop the service and performance portfolio with the Business Line.
  • Maintain sustainable knowledge sharing and competence management across the team.
  • Set and uphold professional and methodological standards and best practices.
  • Encourage innovation and identify emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Ensure adherence to normative, regulatory, and strategic requirements.
  • Contribute to budget planning, investment decisions, and strategic development of the area.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer across the organization.
  • Handle escalations involving complex technical or organizational issues.
  • Improve processes, policies, and governance models on an ongoing basis.
  • Shape technical solutions and advise teams on demanding projects.

Cerințe

  • Several years of leadership and hands-on experience in engineering or infrastructure.
  • IT industry experience, ideally in managed services.
  • Higher professional qualification (HF/FH) in computer science or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern cloud, platform, and infrastructure services.
  • Experience leading and developing technical teams and specialist functions.
  • Experience in knowledge, competence, and talent management is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical specialists.
  • Strong interest in standardization, quality management, and automation.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-focused working style.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and connected thinking.
  • Shows ownership and builds trust reliably.
  • Sets an example in living up to values, standards, and expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
