Descriere

  • Represent Finance in cross-functional discussions on Controlling and Inventory, with a focus on MAKE and R&D
  • Support the Controlling and Inventory Finance Lead across the global finance transformation, including SAP S/4HANA design, build, and deployment
  • Work with Global Process Owners, Technical Product Owners, System Integrators, and transformation programs to define business requirements
  • Coordinate dependencies with other transformation programs, including Signifi and Transact
  • Ensure the Global Template reflects business requirements and current technology capabilities
  • Document future-state processes during the Global Template build
  • Help Technical Product Owner and System Integrator teams develop the proposed SAP S/4HANA design
  • Join build demonstrations, review deliverables, and provide feedback
  • Verify that business requirements are fulfilled throughout the build
  • Partner with Master Data teams to validate data setup for Controlling and Inventory processes
  • Confirm that development-system processes meet business requirements and provide feedback to delivery teams
  • Support deployment teams through testing cycles and hypercare

Cerințe

  • University degree required, preferably in Finance or Economics
  • At least five years of Finance experience, ideally in supply chain, a principal company environment, or R&D
  • Experience with costing, inventory, and plant accounting in Supply Chain or R&D is an asset
  • Experience developing and improving business processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance strategic perspective and detail
  • Interest in building expertise in complex financial topics
  • Agile mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Collaborative approach and team-oriented working style
  • Experience in global or virtual environments is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence and challenge
  • Drive to lead change and encourage adoption of new processes and technology
  • Expertise with the SAP ERP platform
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Power Query and Power BI is an asset
