Descriere

  • Act as a trusted Enterprise Architecture reference, linking strategy, business capabilities, applications, data, and technology
  • Define and continuously improve architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, models, and roadmaps across current-state, target-state, and transition scenarios
  • Support strategic programs by evaluating impacts, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, then recommending architectural direction
  • Create and refine capability maps, journeys, domain models, and related artifacts that inform business and technology decisions
  • Lead architecture workshops and forums to align business, architecture, engineering, data, security, infrastructure, and operations stakeholders
  • Advance the architecture operating model and architecture journeys by establishing roles, responsibilities, engagement criteria, and decision points
  • Help improve architecture processes, decision management, exception handling, nonconformity management, and links to architectural portfolio management
  • Expand the use of architecture repositories and inventories by improving data quality, integration, traceability, and decision-making value
  • Establish and track measures of Enterprise Architecture maturity, adoption, efficiency, and business value
  • Monitor market trends and practices and evaluate their relevance to the company
  • Identify and deliver Artificial Intelligence use cases for Enterprise Architecture, including document and diagram analysis, artifact creation and review, impact assessment, standards validation, knowledge management, and decision support
  • Evaluate AI tools, agents, and methods through proofs of concept while supporting safe, responsible, traceable use under corporate policies
  • Build organizational knowledge through training, communities of practice, reference materials, and mentoring

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Substantial experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Solution Architecture, or comparable roles
  • TOGAF certification, preferably aligned with the current framework version
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methods, and practices
  • Experience creating or evolving current-state and target-state architectures, roadmaps, transition architectures, and reference models
  • Experience modeling business capabilities, processes, applications, data, and technology
  • Experience assessing architecture impacts, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
  • Ability to turn strategic drivers into architecture decisions, principles, and initiatives
  • Experience defining and communicating architecture standards, principles, policies, and best practices
  • Knowledge of architecture decision governance and lifecycle management
  • Experience facilitating workshops, decision forums, and agendas with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare executive materials, technical opinions, recommendations, and architecture presentations
  • Systems-thinking skills that connect strategic, functional, technical, and organizational dimensions
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and create alignment in matrixed, collaborative, multidisciplinary environments
  • Clear, structured communication for technical, executive, and business audiences
  • Independence in leading complex subjects, organizing workstreams, and guiding decisions
  • Understanding of the foundations, opportunities, risks, and limitations of generative Artificial Intelligence
  • Technical English for reading frameworks, research, publications, and market materials
  • Preferred: certifications or further training in Enterprise Architecture or related fields, such as ArchiMate, BIZBOK, COBIT, ITIL, SAFe, cloud architecture, data, security, or Artificial Intelligence
  • Preferred: knowledge of the Architecture Development Method, architecture requirements management, and architecture governance
  • Preferred: experience with capability maps, value streams, heat maps, and capability-based planning
  • Preferred: knowledge of application portfolio analysis and technology obsolescence management
  • Preferred: experience with LeanIX, Ardoq, MEGA, Bizzdesign, or equivalent platforms
  • Preferred: knowledge of ArchiMate, BPMN, and UML
  • Preferred: experience connecting architecture repositories, application inventories, portfolio management tools, and development platforms
  • Preferred: experience in organizational transformation, technology modernization, portfolio simplification, or digital transformation
  • Preferred: knowledge of TM Forum architecture frameworks
  • Preferred: experience defining or reviewing architecture operating models
  • Preferred: experience assessing architecture discipline maturity and creating improvement plans
  • Preferred: knowledge of FinOps, security, privacy, data, cloud, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
  • Preferred: experience with generative AI, language models, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, or intelligent automation

  • Preferred: advanced English for working with vendors, partners, communities, and international teams
