Descriere

Support the Head of Wholesale with retail and commercial strategies across wholesale partners and markets.
Monitor retail sales, wholesale revenue, account results and key performance indicators, and prepare reports.
Keep retail launch and promotional calendars up to date.
Review product performance, stock levels and assortment effectiveness.
Coordinate new product launches, including retailer setup, product details, creative assets and documentation.
Keep retailer assortments accurate as products launch or are discontinued.
Work with Marketing, Creative, Education, Supply Chain and Operations on launches and campaigns.
Help onboard new retail partners.
Handle routine communications with assigned retail partners.
Create retailer presentations, sell-in materials, performance reports and business reviews.
Coordinate visual merchandising updates and check in-store execution.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Update retailer digital brand pages and product listings.
Coordinate retailer promotions, sampling, gifts with purchase, retail media, digital campaigns and in-store activations.
Help track trade marketing budgets, product allocations and campaign logistics.
Keep records of retailer commercial terms and account details.
Work with Finance to track invoices and outstanding payments.
Arrange retailer meetings, prepare agendas and follow up on actions.

Cerințe

Bring 1–3 years of experience in wholesale, sales, account management or retail marketing.
Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.
Show strong organisation and attention to detail.
Communicate clearly in writing and conversation.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
Use Microsoft Office confidently, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Have the right to work in Australia.
Answer the question about qualifications and the date they were obtained.
