Descriere

  • Lead editorial strategy for AI and data across communications, presentations, executive messaging, QBRs, events, and related channels
  • Track the content ecosystem, including published materials, audience messages, performance, gaps, and inconsistencies
  • Develop systems that make content easier to find, reuse, and maintain
  • Manage and continuously improve the content library as a resource for leaders and content creators
  • Protect narrative consistency by resolving conflicting messages, overlapping materials, and opportunities to simplify
  • Lead the data and DxP success-story engine by sourcing, shaping, and redistributing outcome-focused stories
  • Collaborate with DxP and EDO teams to sustain an ongoing pipeline of stories
  • Curate and refresh examples, use cases, success stories, proof points, and executive narratives
  • Coordinate with ECO and Global Communications on CGweb and SharePoint
  • Guide leaders and content creators in selecting messages suited to specific audiences and contexts
  • Edit content across formats to improve clarity, consistency, and alignment with change goals
  • Develop scalable content operations with AI where appropriate
  • Create an intake and prioritization workflow for content requests
  • Track content discovery, reuse, and reductions in duplicated effort

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated editing ability, including spotting inconsistencies, repetition, weak reasoning, and unclear messages
  • Ability to apply systems thinking and bring structure to complex information
  • Sound strategic judgment about which stories, examples, and messages support broader narratives
  • Strong journalistic instincts for finding relevant, credible, and compelling stories
  • Ability to build institutional knowledge and establish effective content management systems
  • Deep understanding of Capital Group’s audiences, leaders, and organizational context
  • Experience managing and continually improving a tool, library, or process used by other people
  • Experience supporting AI and data change communications, presentations, executive messaging, QBRs, events, or related content operations
  • Ability to apply AI to build more scalable content operations
  • Ability to measure content discovery, reuse, and reductions in duplicated work
