Descriere
- Investigate and fix frontend and backend problems reported by users or support teams.
- Assess issues by category and urgency, address urgent cases, and follow fixes through to completion.
- Turn recurring problems into troubleshooting documentation and FAQs.
- Work with support and product teams to reproduce reported problems.
- Apply data corrections or temporary workarounds when required.
- Handle enterprise customer production issues by setting priorities, tracking resolution, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Develop frontend and backend enhancements, from testing through release.
- Increase performance, improve code structure, and reduce technical debt.
- Tune frontend behavior, page load times, backend APIs, and database queries.
- Review requirements and advise on technical feasibility.
- Develop full-stack engineering skills while learning CWILL’s systems.
Cerințe
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Graduating in 2026 or a recent graduate.
- Working proficiency in at least one backend language: Java, Go, Python, or Node.js.
- A solid understanding of common data structures and algorithms.
- Foundational HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
- Experience with React or Vue.
- Understanding of HTTP, REST API design, and MVC.
- Ability to create basic APIs independently.
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to write SQL and understand indexes and transactions.
- Comfort using Git for version control and collaborative work.
- Readable, maintainable coding practices.
