Descriere

  • Manage post-deployment value, adoption, and expansion for a portfolio of strategic HPE Private Cloud AI customers
  • Increase adoption, realized value, and expansion across customer business units
  • Identify and develop AI, GenAI, and agentic AI use cases
  • Advise on architectures for inference, RAG, AI agents, model serving, fine-tuning, data pipelines, observability, governance, and security
  • Promote Private Cloud AI within customer organizations and support technical and business champions
  • Conduct quarterly value, adoption, and roadmap reviews with customer stakeholders and HPE account teams
  • Lead reviews focused on measurable business and technical outcomes
  • Organize and lead onsite customer engagements, including frequent LASER travel and occasional worldwide travel
  • Track account plans, actions, risks, value hypotheses, and expansion indicators
  • Find, qualify, and technically develop expansion opportunities
  • Facilitate roadmap, architecture, scaling, and adoption workshops
  • Develop technical and commercial value cases before transferring validated opportunities to Sales
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Partners, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Support teams
  • Create reusable workshops, discovery materials, assessment tools, reference architectures, and proof patterns
  • Establish the operating model, templates, metrics, and governance for a global AI value and expansion program
  • Document field insights and continuously refine the global playbook

Cerințe

  • Deep practical knowledge of enterprise AI and GenAI architectures, including LLM inference, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, model endpoints, evaluation, guardrails, and LLMOps/MLOps
  • Familiarity with, and initial experience using, agent harnesses such as OpenClaw, NemoClaw, Hermes, and OpenCode
  • Experience designing or deploying production AI solutions with Python, Linux, containers, Kubernetes, Helm, APIs, identity and access controls, and object or file storage
  • Knowledge of data engineering and machine learning platforms including Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, model-serving frameworks, and observability tools
  • Practical understanding of GPUs, power, cooling, and networking
  • Ability to connect customer outcomes and data readiness with application architecture, platform sizing, security, operations, and scale
  • Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, HPE Private Cloud AI, or comparable enterprise AI platforms is strongly preferred
  • Proven success in a customer-facing technical sales or advisory position
  • Ability to explain complex AI technologies in terms of business value and lead workshops for technical and executive audiences
  • Strong commercial curiosity and sound judgment
  • Strong program and account management capabilities across multiple strategic customers
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for onsite customer engagements across LASER, with occasional international travel
  • Comfort creating new programs, assets, and processes in ambiguous, startup-style environments
