Descriere

  • Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, overseeing account strategy and daily communication.
  • Run the weekly client operating cadence, including agendas, meeting materials, discussions, decisions, owners, and follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover client challenges, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Turn discovery insights into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Create and oversee project plans, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery schedules.
  • Proactively surface project gaps, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead the development and quality review of client deliverables, including strategy presentations, emails, status reports, project briefs, and workflow diagrams.
  • Drive measurable client value by assigning ownership, removing blockers, and monitoring progress against business outcomes.
  • Develop and improve internal processes, templates, and communication standards that support team growth.

Cerințe

  • At least four years of experience in client services, account management, or project management within consulting, agency, or technology services environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering projects through completion.
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve efficiency and the quality of everyday work.
  • Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and take decisive action.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex subjects to varied audiences and present confidently to senior leaders.
  • Commitment to continuous learning through feedback, AI education, practical experimentation, and applying new knowledge to client solutions and team delivery.
  • Proficiency with consumer AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude in professional and personal contexts.
  • Interest in working for and helping build an AI-native company.
