Recruit and onboard candidates for Surge Staffing clients while building customer relationships, developing sales leads, and helping run branch operations.

- Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates
- Find candidates using job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Align candidates’ skills and experience with client staffing needs
- Build and sustain relationships with clients and temporary associates
- Check in with employees to support satisfaction and successful placements
- Develop new business through sales and networking
- Visit clients and make service calls to strengthen business partnerships

Prasības
- At least one year of sales or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development experience is preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-directed, collaborative, and focused on results
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client sites when needed
