Apraksts

  • Create and manage LinkedIn posts, engage with relevant audiences, handle messages, and follow up with prospects.
  • Draft media pitches and press materials, track outreach, and follow up with media contacts.
  • Maintain the founder’s weekly planning system, organize time blocks, and track priorities.
  • Post freelance roles, review applicants, and arrange interviews.
  • Sort the inbox, prepare meeting briefs, and organize notes and follow-ups.
  • Complete the selection process, including a Loom introduction, interviews, a work evaluation with a LinkedIn writing task, and a final client interview.

Prasības

  • Degree or work experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or advertising; a marketing degree is a strong plus.
  • At least three years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or higher.
  • Strong writing ability and skill in adapting to another person’s voice and tone.
  • Experience managing calendars, inboxes, and competing priorities.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or other social media for a founder or brand is preferred.
  • Media relations or public relations experience, such as pitching journalists or writing press releases, is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting or coordinating freelancers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, LinkedIn’s post scheduler, Canva, and a CRM such as HubSpot is preferred.
