Apraksts

  • Review and validate supplier contract requests submitted through ServiceNow.
  • Confirm request categories and check that required information is provided.
  • Resolve missing details or correct ticket entries before preparing drafts.
  • Apply Verisk-approved templates and clause playbooks to standard agreements.
  • Fill in templates with supplier information, commercial terms, and risk requirements.
  • Refer non-standard terms to Legal, Privacy, Security, Insurance, Compliance, or Procurement.
  • Monitor review deadlines and follow up with internal teams.
  • Log communications and actions in ServiceNow.
  • Send contract drafts and redlines to suppliers.
  • Support negotiations by spotting and escalating non-standard terms.
  • Reconcile supplier feedback with internal stakeholder expectations.
  • Prepare final agreements for signature using DocuSign or Icertis.
  • Confirm internal approvals are complete before signature.
  • File signed agreements in Icertis and attach them to their ServiceNow tickets.
  • Update and close ServiceNow tickets once work is complete.
  • Keep complete audit records.
  • Work with SSP leaders, Contract Specialists, Category Managers, and business requesters.
  • Join knowledge-sharing, calibration, and process-improvement discussions.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, procurement, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Five to ten years of enterprise contract administration experience.
  • Experience with MSAs, Agreements for Services (AFS), license agreements, data, cloud and AI agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Order Forms (OFs), and RFPs.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong command of contract terminology, workflow sequencing, and end-to-end review processes in English and German.
  • Ability to handle multiple contracts and competing priorities at once.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in global, cross-functional settings.
  • Ability to work independently remotely and be available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US Eastern time.
  • Ability to manage contracts through execution, escalate legal or risk concerns, and maintain accurate records in contract management systems.
  • Experience with Oracle, Icertis, DocuSign, ServiceNow, or comparable contract systems is preferred.
  • Experience using contract playbooks or negotiating standard agreements is preferred.
  • Contract term negotiation experience is preferred.
