Help AMA members navigate and resolve automobile insurance claims with empathetic service. The hybrid-light role is based in Edmonton or Calgary.

- Serve members with excellent customer service
- Explain the claims process and how each claim will be handled
- Investigate and negotiate automobile insurance claims
- Resolve automobile insurance claims
- Report to the Claims Supervisor
- Collaborate with the claims team and share knowledge and expertise
Prasības
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous insurance adjusting or related insurance experience
- Clear communication skills
- Professional telephone manner and etiquette
- CIP designation or progress toward it is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Investigation and negotiation skills
- Fair, empathetic approach and sound judgment
