  • Set Adaptive’s enterprise IT strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
  • Work with executive and functional leaders to assess business needs, evaluate technology opportunities, and prioritize enterprise investments.
  • Advise on enterprise IT capabilities, operational resilience, technology lifecycle management, data platforms, and employee technology experience.
  • Build and develop a high-performing enterprise IT organization.
  • Set the organization’s structure, governance, policies, standards, controls, procedures, sourcing, and service delivery models.
  • Oversee corporate infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, identity and access management, endpoints, telecommunications, collaboration platforms, and workplace technology.
  • Lead enterprise applications, the Enterprise Data Warehouse, and related data platforms.
  • Partner with Data, Engineering, Security, and business leaders on data architecture, integration, governance, quality, access, retention, lineage, and security.
  • Set the Modern Workplace strategy and employee technology experience.
  • Oversee Service Desk operations, service performance, incident, problem, request, and change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish business relationship management, demand intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and value realization.
  • Coordinate with teams on security, privacy, legal, compliance, audits, risk assessments, regulatory reviews, and customer assurance.
  • Maintain and test IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and lead responses to significant technology incidents.
  • Manage IT portfolio planning, budgets, investment plans, forecasts, resource allocation, vendors, contracts, renewals, licensing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Lead IT work for transformations, organizational changes, office expansions, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.
  • Represent enterprise IT in executive planning, governance, and decision-making forums.
  • Set team goals, coach and give feedback, support employee growth, and encourage belonging, respect, communication, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and at least 20 years of related experience; alternatively, a related master’s degree and at least 18 years of related experience, or a related Ph.D. and at least 12 years of related experience.
  • Extensive senior enterprise IT leadership experience, including leading managers, multidisciplinary teams, and complex technology portfolios.
  • Track record of defining and executing enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Experience leading enterprise IT operations in a complex, distributed, or rapidly changing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS, identity and access management, endpoint technologies, networking, collaboration platforms, Modern Workplace capabilities, and IT service management.
  • Experience overseeing enterprise applications and data platforms, including an Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Experience leading Service Desk operations and establishing measurable service management and employee experience practices.
  • Experience building effective relationships between IT and business functions, including demand management, prioritization, roadmap development, and value realization.
  • Ability to lead large-scale technology transformations and complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience developing and managing significant budgets, investment portfolios, strategic vendors, and outsourced service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, data governance, operational risk, business continuity, disaster recovery, and security controls.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders, clearly explain complex technology matters, and make sound decisions with incomplete or evolving information.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business value.

  • Preferred: experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments; familiarity with security, privacy, or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA; experience in global or geographically distributed organizations; M&A or divestiture integration experience; executive or board-level presentations; and certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Certified Business Relationship Manager, or cloud platform certifications.
