Aprašymas

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators, influencers, celebrities, athletes, and brand ambassadors
  • Create scalable sourcing and outreach programs spanning social platforms, agencies, management firms, and direct contact
  • Recruit and oversee creators producing organic content, paid social assets, audience reach, engagement, and measurable results
  • Develop trusted relationships with creators, talent managers, agents, and agencies
  • Find and cultivate partnership opportunities with prominent talent and brand ambassadors
  • Manage each partnership from first contact through negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship stewardship
  • Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage permissions, exclusivity, licensing terms, affiliate models, and extended partnerships
  • Work with creative, social, paid media, brand, and performance teams to define talent requirements and uncover opportunities
  • Assess talent using audience quality, engagement, content standards, brand alignment, and commercial potential
  • Monitor partnership results, including content outcomes, asset costs, engagement, and attributable revenue
  • Establish a repeatable creator and talent acquisition function capable of scaling over time

Reikalavimai

  • Bring 4–6 or more years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, talent partnerships, talent management, brand partnerships, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source and recruit creators, influencers, celebrities, athletes, or other talent
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, user-generated content, creator culture, and influencer marketing
  • Experience negotiating talent collaborations and managing relationships from initial outreach through delivery
  • Working knowledge of content rights, paid usage, exclusivity, licensing, compensation, and partnership models
  • Able to assess talent through a combination of qualitative judgment and performance data
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • No sponsorship is required
  • Willing to travel occasionally to New York City while working remotely
  • Existing connections with creators, influencers, talent managers, agents, or agencies are advantageous
  • Experience collaborating with celebrities, athletes, entertainers, or other high-profile personalities is advantageous
  • Experience sourcing creator content for Meta and TikTok advertising is advantageous
  • Experience operating affiliate or ambassador programs is advantageous
  • Background with health, wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, consumer, or direct-to-consumer brands is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable establishing a new function from the ground up
