Aprašymas

  • Bridge IT and business teams to keep systems aligned with organizational processes.
  • Coordinate with business areas to align and prioritize requests against the project portfolio and IT Master Plan.
  • Analyze business requirements and processes, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Maintain and support health insurance operator systems by tracking tickets, assessing requests, resolving issues, and implementing improvements.
  • Create test scenarios and support acceptance testing with business teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend technology solutions.
  • Help users operate systems and maintain manuals and support materials.
  • Configure systems to meet requirements and organizational processes.
  • Assist with system implementations and updates, including user training.
  • Create reports and run system queries and data extracts, using SQL where applicable, to support analysis and decisions.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in information technology, information systems, business administration, engineering, process management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of requirements analysis and business processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with people across departments and professional roles.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • At least two years of experience with health insurance operator processes and systems, including implementation, maintenance, or support.
  • Experience with Tasy ERP, especially health insurance operations modules, and knowledge of related business processes.
  • Knowledge of provider credentialing; beneficiary, company, and product registration; payment flows; and operator financial processes.
  • Knowledge of SQL for queries, data extraction, and report development in Tasy ERP.
  • Understanding of KPIs and SLAs, with the ability to spot improvement opportunities and help managers analyze results.
  • Residence in Campinas or the surrounding region.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model at 2Care’s Campinas headquarters.
  • Preferred: experience with platforms, systems, and portals in the health insurance operator ecosystem, such as Planium or Horuss.
  • Preferred: experience with Tasy ERP modules focused on hospital management.
