Aprašymas

  • Advise the CTO and technology leadership team on strategic priorities.
  • Advance key initiatives and connect the technology roadmap to enterprise goals.
  • Coordinate projects across engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams.
  • Connect departments and track progress against objectives.
  • Review technology performance, delivery measures, and industry developments.
  • Recommend actions to inform leadership decisions and organizational growth.
  • Manage budgets, financial controls, resource allocation, and vendor and capital spending.
  • Create executive reports, presentations, and communications for the CTO, board, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the CTO’s operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, all-hands, QBRs, and offsites.
  • Track decisions and actions through to completion.
  • Handle sensitive technology, security, and personnel matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Take on CTO-assigned priorities and projects, including reorganizations, major launches, and technology integration for M&A.
  • Monitor technology developments, including AI and automation, and relevant financial services regulations and security considerations.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, management, or a related discipline.
  • At least seven years in a leadership or management position, preferably in technology, financial services, or a related field.
  • Chief of Staff experience or work in a technology organization is strongly preferred.
  • A record of shaping organizational strategy and delivering initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills, with credibility among engineering and technical leaders.
  • Advanced capability with project management tools and financial and budget analysis.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and sound ethical judgment.
  • Experience interpreting technical, financial, or operational data and turning it into recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, OneNote, and project and communication software.
  • Working knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
