  • Build and retain long-term relationships with key customer decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase customer penetration
  • Create and present plans for priority customers, covering opportunities, risk ratings, and growth and retention strategies
  • Build and manage a prospective-client pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic networking
  • Assess customer operations and regulatory requirements to develop tailored environmental solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to align proposed solutions with customer objectives
  • Stay current on company services, business lines, and pricing structures
  • Recommend additional services, including complete waste stream management, to increase profitable revenue
  • Use the CRM each day to schedule and record activities, follow up on leads, and advance opportunities
  • Track market activity and competitor trends
  • Prepare Environmental Service Agreements, pricing proposals, customer onboarding forms, reports, and related documentation
  • Handle other assigned or apparent job-related duties

  • Technical understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation capabilities
  • Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to develop and sustain long-term customer relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for pipeline and performance management
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2–4 years of waste industry experience preferred
