- Advise sales representatives on technical matters and support the preparation of customer proposals
- Act as the technical contact for specialist partners
- Track orders through to dependable system operation
- Assess whether proposed services can be implemented effectively
- Respond to phone and email inquiries and resolve complaints independently and professionally
- Gather customer and partner feedback to help improve service delivery
- Work with specialist partners and Technical Service to support both new and existing customer systems
- Help maintain reliable operation across supported systems

- Completed vocational training in a relevant technical discipline, such as plant mechanics, HVAC, plumbing and heating, refrigeration mechatronics, electronics, or electrical installation
- Relevant experience in customer service, HVAC system operations, and complaint resolution is preferred
- Comfortable using business applications including Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Gmail, or SAP
- Highly organized and focused on achieving reliable results
- Able to absorb and interpret complex information quickly
- Customer-oriented communicator who collaborates effectively with colleagues and partners
