  • Build prospect lists through Sales Navigator, referrals, and warm introductions.
  • Reach out to prospects on LinkedIn, by email, and by phone.
  • Discuss AI-enabled software development with business leaders to understand their needs.
  • Assess prospects for project fit, budget ownership, timing, and suitability for a Planning Sprint.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Document each conversation and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Share customer language with the team each month to inform messaging.
  • Use prospect insights to help develop outbound campaigns.
  • Establish a focused prospect list and consistent outreach routine within the first 90 days.
  • Identify the pipeline’s first Planning Sprint opportunity.

  • Practical experience in or near the software development lifecycle, such as development, QA, business analysis, product ownership, project management, or technical account management.
  • Demonstrated B2B sales or business development experience with outbound prospecting, meeting booking, and qualification; experience selling services or software to non-technical business buyers is preferred.
  • Use AI tools daily and critically assess and refine their output.
  • Strong written and spoken business English.
  • Communicate clearly and warmly in plain language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to attend remote meetings in the evening when needed.
  • Live in Canada and be eligible to work there.
  • Available during standard Pacific Time business hours.
  • Able to complete an employment background check.
  • Experience selling to regulated industries, selling consulting or agency services, or having a professional network in Vancouver or elsewhere in Canada is an asset.
