Develop and refine engineered labor standards and labor model inputs.
Analyze operational data and labor standards to forecast workloads and guide labor planning.
Support capacity planning for stores.
Design, test, validate, and roll out process improvements.
Find ways to improve operations through analysis, modeling, field observation, and structured problem solving.
Plan and take part in pilots, validations, and field tests.
Present complex analyses, labor methods, and recommendations to technical and general audiences.
Turn operational data and insights into clear, practical recommendations.
Tailor written, spoken, and presentation communications to the audience and business context.
Build cross-functional alignment through collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
Work with Store Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Product, Technology, and other teams on strategic initiatives.
Apply governance and quality controls to keep labor methods accurate and scalable.

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Two to five years of experience in an operational setting; retail, supply chain, industrial engineering, workforce management, analytics, or related experience is preferred.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience applying data analysis techniques and tools to support business decisions.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts simply and tailor communications to different audiences.
Ability to tell a clear story with data and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
