  • Lead end-to-end data platform design and delivery across ingestion, cleansing, preparation, transformation, analytics, and activation
  • Architect Medallion lakehouse solutions with OneLake and Delta Lake
  • Own dimensional, normalized, and semantic data models for client engagements
  • Develop batch and streaming ingestion using Fabric Data Factory, Azure Databricks Structured Streaming, and Event Hubs
  • Assess architectural risks and technical debt while improving pipeline performance and cost efficiency
  • Create APIs and data services that enable governed data activation
  • Build MCP and API integrations with frontline systems, Fabric and Copilot Data Agents, and agentic AI interfaces
  • Work with AI and Architecture teams to make enterprise data available to Data Agents and Generative AI applications
  • Establish data governance with Microsoft Purview and/or Unity Catalog
  • Support production operations and respond to incidents affecting critical pipelines and activation services
  • Coach Data Engineers and provide technical guidance through code, data model, and design reviews
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders
  • Help develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering standards
  • Contribute to presales work through estimates, proposals, and solution design
  • Assess Fabric and Azure Databricks capabilities and recommend appropriate applications

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field
  • Five to eight years of data engineering experience, including ownership of production Azure data pipelines
  • Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark
  • Extensive practical experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, ADLS Gen2, and/or Azure Databricks
  • Experience applying Delta Lake, OneLake, and Medallion architecture patterns
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, and enterprise data architecture
  • Experience designing APIs and MCP integrations
  • Experience with orchestration and CI/CD tools, including Fabric pipelines, Azure Data Factory, Databricks Workflows, and Azure DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview and/or Unity Catalog
  • Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical design discussions in client-facing engagements
  • Ability to independently diagnose complex data issues at scale
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs to engineering and client audiences
  • Microsoft and/or Databricks certifications are preferred
