Lead automotive parts advice, orders and customer support for Scania Group in Prestons. Coordinate workshop supply, inventory accuracy and customer solutions in an onsite role.

- Build productive relationships with customers, workshop staff and suppliers
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable parts and solutions
- Oversee enquiries, quotations and orders through to completion
- Handle negotiations and resolve customer issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with the Workshop team to maintain parts availability and reduce downtime
- Pursue opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer satisfaction
- Keep inventory records accurate and ensure parts are stored and controlled properly
- Complete invoicing, payment processing and related documentation accurately
- Help workshop operations run smoothly and keep customers’ vehicles moving

- Background in automotive parts, customer service, automotive retail, logistics or a comparable field
