Junior Web Developer, AI Automation — Philippines Remote
Junior web developer supporting website delivery, CRM workflows, digital marketing systems, and practical AI automation for an Australian growth agency. The role combines front-end updates, integrations, testing, documentation, and supervised AI implementation.

- Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages with Zoho Sites, website builders, CMS platforms, and low-code tools
- Apply approved templates, layouts, copy, and imagery while preserving consistent design and mobile usability
- Modify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and resolve layout, styling, scripting, and integration problems
- Test webpages, forms, and links across common browsers and screen sizes
- Review spelling, grammar, and content accuracy while supporting accessibility, performance, and technical SEO improvements
- Set up CRM lead-capture and follow-up workflows in Zoho or other existing CRM systems
- Link website forms, CRMs, email services, and other platforms through integrations, APIs, and webhooks
- Add supplied content to workflows and verify triggers, field mappings, actions, and error handling
- Configure Zoho Social and other marketing platforms, including uploading and scheduling supplied content and graphics
- Monitor client systems, escalate configuration or technical problems, and assist with assigned reporting
- Create and test straightforward AI assistants, agents, and automations under supervision
- Investigate unfamiliar tools and integrations and resolve implementation gaps
- Support internal AI and automation initiatives that reduce repetitive tasks and improve processes
- Validate outputs, apply access controls, and preserve human review and approval before operational deployment
- Record website updates, configurations, workflows, dependencies, test results, and handover or recovery procedures
- Safeguard passwords, API keys, and client information and secure owner approval before production releases
- Report progress, questions, blockers, and delays promptly and act on feedback

- At least three years of relevant commercial experience in web development, website implementation, or a related website-focused technical role
- Practical programming experience with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with website builders, CMS products, or low-code platforms such as Zoho Sites, WordPress, or comparable tools
- Ability to diagnose website problems and validate changes across common browsers and screen sizes
- Working understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and website data exchange
- Basic familiarity with AI tools and strong interest in learning practical automation and AI-assisted implementation
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Sound logical reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Reliable, organised, and detail-focused working style
- Ability to follow documented processes, protect confidential information, and respond positively to feedback
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Availability during the agreed Brisbane business-hours schedule
- Preferred: Experience with Zoho products, especially Zoho Sites, CRM, Forms, Flow, Creator, Campaigns, or Social
- Preferred: Familiarity with Make, Zapier, n8n, or Zoho Flow
- Preferred: Experience building CRM follow-up workflows, form-to-CRM connections, or digital marketing platform configurations
- Preferred: Examples of practical AI-enabled applications, assistants, integrations, or agents
- Preferred: Familiarity with conversion-oriented page design, technical SEO, credential security, or related website quality practices
- Preferred: Experience supporting clients in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the United States
