- Translate clients’ businesses, goals, processes, customers, and KPIs into clear functional requirements
- Assist with discovery sessions and business workshops by recording notes, findings, and follow-up actions
- Create documentation for requirements, user stories, use cases, and business processes
- Support data analysis and documentation covering data dictionaries, models, segmentation rules, and quality standards
- Conduct functional testing for campaigns, customer journeys, and automations in CRM and marketing platforms
- Apply generative AI tools to research, analyze information, document findings, and produce structured deliverables
- Help identify and document client AI use cases, including business challenges, data needs, and expected value
- Develop draft presentations, matrices, and supporting documents for clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project tasks and action items through agile project management tools
- Take part in team ceremonies with consultants, architects, designers, developers, and project managers

- Currently completing the final semesters of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
- Have university authorization to complete a professional internship
- Show curiosity about business operations and confidence asking thoughtful questions
- Use generative AI tools regularly, write effective prompts, and validate generated results
- Demonstrate intermediate Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and data consolidation
- Have foundational knowledge of databases and data analysis
- Write clearly and summarize and document information effectively
- Bring an analytical approach and careful attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary, multicultural teams
- Read and understand technical English
- Show interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and ongoing learning
- Understand business processes and how technology can improve them
- Communicate solutions in a structured way and present technical ideas clearly
- Have basic SQL knowledge
- Be familiar with CRM, customer data, or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce
- Have knowledge of Customer Experience, Design Thinking, or agile methodologies
- Have experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Mural
- Have completed courses or personal projects involving AI, data analytics, or automation
