- Represent customer feedback and challenges to internal teams, and work with them on solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer commitments and deadlines
- Help customers plan go-to-market, lead generation, and prospecting strategies

- Completed bachelor’s degree
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Ability to work with and manipulate data to produce metrics
- Understanding of business challenges, strategic thinking, and a results-focused approach
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Experience working with large companies, particularly in sales or internal project management
- Ability to connect with people across diverse audiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Prior consulting experience in sales, sales planning, market intelligence, RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing, or commercial functions at large companies
- Knowledge of sales KPIs and strategies for business growth, through experience or coursework, is a plus
- Active involvement in growth strategy development, including go-to-market planning, market potential, strategic planning, customer profiles, and marketing campaigns, is a plus
- Conversational English or Spanish is a plus
