Business Development Manager Poland On-Site

- Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing business partners
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions using a Value Based Selling approach
- Deliver sales targets across domestic and international markets
- Prepare commercial proposals and participate in tender processes
- Negotiate collaboration terms, pricing, and contracts
- Monitor market trends, assess competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
- Work with production, engineering, R&D, and sales teams to develop optimal customer solutions
- Represent the company at business meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
Талаптар
- At least 3–4 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
- Higher education, preferably in business, economics, or a technical discipline
- Communicative English language skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid category B driving licence
- Willingness to travel frequently for business
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to make decisions based on data and market analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
