Business Development and Recruitment Intern - Lyon Hybrid
Business development and recruitment internship at Centurion Search, supporting clients and candidates across industry and services. Responsibilities include prospecting, candidate sourcing, and telephone pre-screening.

- Research and qualify target companies, from large enterprises to SMEs, for recruitment support
- Source and assess candidates in collaboration with the recruitment teams
- Map potential clients by economic region, industry sector, and market
- Identify key decision-makers, especially business leaders and HR professionals
- Support business development and prospecting initiatives
- Contribute to sales presentation meetings
- Take part in job briefing sessions
- Define target candidate profiles and required skills
- Source candidates through databases including LinkedIn, Hellowork, and CVaden
- Conduct initial candidate interviews by telephone
- Assist with in-person and remote interviews
- Prepare written interview reports
