Odd Bunch is hiring an Affiliate and Partnerships Manager to scale creator acquisition and affiliate revenue for its subscription produce service. The role covers creator partnerships, attribution, content, and activations across the US, Canada, and Australia.

  • Own affiliate revenue, CPA discipline, payback period, and LTV targets
  • Manage the affiliate channel using contribution margin and LTV:CAC, analyzing cohort retention and reallocating spend
  • Lead Odd Bunch’s affiliate and ambassador programs across Canada, the US, and Australia
  • Oversee creator sourcing, platforms, gifting, PR, and partnerships, with a focus on TikTok and TikTok Shop for US market entry
  • Develop the creator lifecycle from customer through ambassador, affiliate, and top-tier creator
  • Increase onboarding throughput and expand the mid-tail creator base
  • Create whitelisting processes and creator-asset pipelines for paid social
  • Use creators for product seeding and cross-selling, including the Pantry line
  • Lead sampling, farmers markets, food and wellness festivals, community events, pop-ups, retail activations, creator trips, and creator-house programs
  • Design and test creator compensation structures, including commissions, flat fees, guarantees, and tiered leaderboards
  • Maintain rate-card discipline and lead negotiations
  • Manage the affiliate technology stack and conduct holdout and geo tests to measure incrementality
  • Manage and collaborate with the affiliate team while coaching through reporting and reliability gaps
  • Provide weekly and bi-weekly leadership reports with data-backed insights and recommendations
  • Retain and expand high-performing creator relationships while actively managing concentration risk

  • Bring 5–10 years of affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing experience with direct revenue ownership
  • DTC or e-commerce CPG experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building or rebuilding a program
  • Understand CAC, blended CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, contribution margin, and cohort-based retention
  • US launch experience and strong TikTok Shop strategy knowledge are strongly preferred
  • Experience running offline activations and creator trips
  • Experience using creators to launch or grow a secondary SKU
  • Experience managing or closely mentoring marketers
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present data-backed recommendations to leadership
  • Experience with Upfluence, AWIN, Impact, Roster, Triple Whale, or comparable platforms
  • Comfort incorporating AI and automation into your workflow
  • Operate reliably by owning commitments end to end, raising risks early, and ending ineffective initiatives
