Workday Associate Engagement Manager - Canada Remote

Support Workday implementations, AMS, and Phase X engagements for ERPA’s higher-education and government clients. Coordinate delivery, governance, budgets, risks, resources, and client relationships.

Description

  • Support Engagement Managers across Workday implementations, AMS, and Phase X projects
  • Manage assigned delivery activities in support of customers’ long-term objectives
  • Help expand and strengthen ERPA’s Workday practice
  • Act as a primary link between consultants and clients
  • Coordinate work across multiple Workday engagements at the same time
  • Keep projects aligned with Statements of Work, milestones, and budget objectives
  • Assess and communicate project health
  • Track risks, issues, and escalations through resolution
  • Help prepare status reports and weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance updates
  • Support work allocation and resource coordination for AMS and Phase X engagements
  • Promote strong customer satisfaction and future reference opportunities
  • Model ERPA’s values of empathy, responsibility, passion, and agility

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience managing Workday implementations, AMS, and Phase X projects with a Workday partner
  • Workday project management experience with higher-education or public-sector clients is strongly preferred
  • Maintain an active Workday Engagement Manager or Project Manager certification throughout employment
  • Ability to quickly learn systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
  • Previous experience managing projects in Smartsheet
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive coordination with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organization and prioritization across competing demands
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% when required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Legal authorization to work full time in Canada or the United States, subject to the applicable posting terms
