Description
- Coordinate administrative and transactional recruiting support throughout the candidate lifecycle
- Process offers, arrange interviews, monitor acceptances and follow-ups, and support candidates through their first day
- Manage preboarding for field salaried employees, foremen, interns, and corporate hires
- Provide transactional assistance for craft labor site hires and contingent worker requests
- Serve as the primary contact and concierge for candidates and new hires throughout the process
- Launch required steps, monitor completion, and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Partner with HR Operations, hiring managers, recruiters, business units, vendors, Fleet, Talent Development and Performance, and Travel
- Confirm completion of applications, assessments, physical and drug testing, background checks, applicable MVRs, and Form I-9 before start dates
- Arrange drug screenings and pre-employment testing, including appointments, testing locations, and candidate instructions
- Manage intake, processing, data entry, status updates, and follow-through for site hire and contingent worker requests
Requirements
- At least four years of relevant experience and broad operational knowledge gained through recruitment, scheduling, customer service, human resources, or comparable work
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous recruiting or onboarding experience
- Experience using Workday
- Experience in the renewable-energy industry
